1. Who we are

This website is run by IMAGO Motorsport Branding CommV, the data controller for the personal data described below. Address: Westrozebekestraat 37, 8840 Oostnieuwkerke, Belgium. VAT / company number: BE1003340581. Email: mauro@imagomotorsportbranding.com. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy law.

2. What we collect and why

Contact details (name, email, phone, team or company) and the information you share about your project, through the contact form, email or WhatsApp. We use this to answer your request, send a quote and plan the work (steps before a contract and contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Billing details, used for invoicing and accounting (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Usage data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected through Squarespace analytics and cookies, to keep the site working and improve it (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR; consent for non-essential cookies).

Photos taken at public motorsport events may show drivers, crew or spectators. We publish them in our portfolio and on social media based on our legitimate interest. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email us and we will take it down.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

3. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months after the last contact. Client and project data: for the duration of the collaboration, plus 7 years for invoices (Belgian accounting law). Analytics data: according to Squarespace's retention settings.

4. Who we share it with

We only share data with services we need to run the business: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, analytics), Google Workspace (email and file storage), WhatsApp / Meta (if you contact us there) and our accountant (invoicing). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies that Squarespace needs to work, plus analytics cookies. Non-essential cookies are only placed after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice through Cookie Preferences or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email mauro@imagomotorsportbranding.com and we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
